Mountings
The outside side of the gear unit is a precision face mounting. Spigot location and tapped fixing holes are provided. Flanges having larger dimensions can be specified.

Overhung Loading
Radial loads of up to 52kg (520 N) may be applied at a distance of 10mm from the mounting face.

Lubrication
Standard lubrication is a synthetic gear grease. In most cases lubrication is for life. Grease to suit nuclear, chemical and food industry requirements can be specified.

Shafts
The output shaft is 14mm diameter and 30mm effective length. This is the same as electric motors to BS 4999. Keyway to BS 4235 Part 1. Centring bore in accordance with DIN 332 (M3 x 12.5mm deep) to facilitate mounting of drive components.
